Arai racer Joe Kopp, a former Grand National Champion, won the first four Hooligan Pro races this year, taking the first three wins on a Triumph, then switching to a Vance & Hines sponsored Harley-Davidson XG750 for the fourth win at Perris Raceway in California. He didn’t race the fifth round, but still maintains a slim lead in the series.
