General: Full Time

Seeking a self motivated person who is capable of following direction and willing and able to do a wide variety of tasks, including:
-    Warehouse organization/cleaning.
-    Shipment receiving/shipping (small-mail, ups / large-pallets, container unloading).
-    Must be able to lift boxes up to 80 pounds.
-    Small/Large order pulling, packing and shipping.
-    Answer phones when necessary. *Good phone skills a must.
-    Must be organized and capable of maintaining and tracking paperwork, inventory, service records.
-    Learn about Arai helmet models, parts to assist customers with questions.
-    Eventually learn how to effect helmet repairs, starting small and eventually attending training to become a full helmet technician,
    possibly assisting in trackside race support in future.
-    Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel a must.
-    Must have clean drivers license.  Willing to travel; driving as well as flying.
-    Must be able/willing to fly to Japan for in-depth training if requested.
-    Good interpersonal skills a must, with ability to speak to/with medium to large groups.
                                                                    
We have no relocating budget. Seeking someone in the immediate Central-East PA area (Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton).

After a six (6) month probation period a job evaluation will be performed to determine if a full time offer will be made.

Experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus, but not required.

Book Keeper: Part-Time

Seeking self motivated person with bookkeeping experience using Intuit Quick Books on-line, as well as be familiar with Microsoft outlook, word &
 excel programs.  Tasks include AR and AP, as well as data entry of sales from a separate internal parts & accessories system. 

Good interpersonal skills in order to work with small office group, as well as good phone skills and demeanor to answer and redirecting incoming phone
calls when needed. 

This person must be willing to do more than bookkeeping and is able to learn and become familiar with Arai helmets (models, parts, accessories, etc) so
as to be able to begin assisting customers directly, both on the phone and via on-line, determining what service or parts is needed and help set up the
service or pull, pack and ship the needed parts. 

We have no relocating funds available, so are seeking someone in the immediate Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton, PA area.  Part Time could lead to Full Time
depending on company growth, work proficiency and ability to learn.

Experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus, but not required.

No heavy lifting required.  Office casual attire.  No benefits. *If changed to full time, benefits will be outlined at that time.
